Thankful Thursday

Good morning! I'm joining with Rebecca Jo @ Knit By God's Hand today for Thankful Thursday, our weekly chance to publicly thank God for some of the many blessings He chooses to gift us with.

This week I am thankful...

** for a great night of sleep last night! That's huge. I haven't been sleeping very well recently.

** we enjoyed a nice Labor Day picnic with family.

** I was able to solve my mom's computer issue yesterday.

** that this time of not working  really is a gift of time...time that allows me to start my days with 2 hours of prayer and Bible study.

** for the great turnout in my town for President Trump's rally.

** for my daughter's big heart. She has taken on keeping her brother-in-law's 2 year old daughter several days/nights a week.  The mother has basically abandoned her (and the three boys she has with other men) and moved out of state. That means my daughter is dealing with a 1 year old, a 2 year old, and a 3 year old. I would be driven insane!

** and as always, for all of you!

  2. Sweet! I can't remember what it's like to enjoy a great night's sleep. Kids don't realize what a blessing that feels like. Ha!
