Linking up late, but at least I'm linking! Joining in with Rebecca Jo @ Knit By God's Hand for Thankful Thursday.
This week I am thankful...
* the new fiscal year is under way and I am getting more clients. For now I probably have all I want or need.
* all of my new clients are sweethearts and very easy to work with (and so are the families).
* a friend from my home Bible study group is going to visit my new church with me this Sunday.
* our daughter and her family are getting a Maine Coon kitten on the 31st. Our niece has a litter. She was asking $800 for them, but offered to let the kids pay $400 in installments. They thought about it, but decided not to blow the money that way right now. On Tuesday, our niece offered to let her have it for $150, the amount to cover vet costs. The kids jumped on that deal!
This little girl, is most likely going to be known as Loretta.
* all is pretty good here at the moment. There are no major or new health worries, no drama, no excitement, no stresses. I am thankful for that!
* of course, for all of you, and your patience with my spotty blogging!
$800 for a cat!? Wow. All ours were rescues, like most of our dogs. Some people have deeper pockets than me. *grin* I looked up the breed and they can be very large when full grown. Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteGood luck on the new Church. I hope they're kind, edifying, and knowledgeable about God's Grace.
Blessings. xx
Oh my ! That kitty is so cute. I am thankful that they will jave a new family member.
ReplyDeleteI love that kitty. We had a Maine Coon cat years back. Best kitty every. He acted more like a dog than a cat and we all loved him so much. Maine Coon cats have such a good temperment. They are excellent with children. So glad your daughter's family got such a great deal. So glad you are getting enough work and that your clients are easy to work with. Hope you have a good weekend.
ReplyDelete"Loretta" is beautiful. Maine Coons get really big and are so easy going. She will be a great pet for the kiddos! Keep us posted! I am thankful for you, too, Stacy! Glad the new job is panning out and going well! xo
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful cat! Glad all is going well with your job and that you have such great clients. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeletethat kitten is GORGEOUS!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear you're getting along well with your new clients!
